Book launch «Barcelona, esplendor i crisi del segle XV»
The Barcelona History Museum presents the book Barcelona: esplendor i crisi del segle XV (Barcelona: Splendor and Crisis of the 15th Century), a new publication in the Pòsits collection.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 22, at 6:30 p.m., in the Sala Martí l’Humà at Plaça del Rei. The book’s editors, Pere Orti and Pere Verdés, will be present.
The book features studies by various authors offering fresh perspectives on this period through a wide range of topics, including finance, demographic trends, and architecture. Together, these contributions help reconstruct the events of a century marked by both splendor and crisis, a period that was decisive for the history of Barcelona.
